The TPG Internet Help Desk is available to all users seeking help with setting up a connection to the TPG Internet.

All charges for usage of the TPG Internet Help Desk will be billed directly to your Telstra Telephone Account at a rate of $2 per minute (higher from mobile and pay phones). This amount will appear on your next Telstra bill.

This service is available 9 am to 6.30 pm AEST, Monday to Friday excluding NSW public holidays.
