Important: If you have previously installed the USB drivers for your modem, skip this step.

If you've connected your modem but have not installed the USB drivers, please disconnect the USB cable from the back of your computer as shown in the diagram on the right.

Once the USB cable is unplugged, click Continue to install USB drivers.
