Steve Ringman is a photographer for The Seattle Times. He has been a two-time NPPA Newspaper Photographer of the Year and a four-time San Francisco Bay Area Newspaper Photographer of the Year. A pioneering photojournalist in AIDS coverage in the early eighties, he is known primarily for stories involving the human condition.
