Price is currently employed at the Fort Worth Star Telegram . He previously worked for The El Paso Times and was the director of photography for The Philadelphia Enquirer's Sunday Magazine. Since the beginning of his photography career in 1977, Price has won two Pulitzer Prizes: in 1981 for his coverage of the Liberian coup and in 1985 for his photographs of Angola and El Salvador. Price's work has also been honored by the Overseas Press Club, World Press Photo awards, and the National Press Photographers organization.
