In 1994, he moved to Cardiff University and set up a new postgraduate program in photojournalism which he now teaches. Meadows has also had a successful career as a stillsman in the film industry. His photographs are collected in three books, the most recent of which, Set Pieces, deals with film stills (BFI publications 1993).
