Stan Grossfeld is Associate Editor for the Boston Globe , and the winner of two consecutive Pulitzer Prizes in 1984 and 1985. He has been named North East Photographer of the Year five times, and has won the Canon Photo Essay Award, the Overseas Press Award for Human Compassion and the Lowell Thomas Award for Best Travel Book. He is a three-time winner of the World Hunger Year award, and will receive the UNICEF Local Hero Award in March.
