Rob Goebel has twice received the Indiana Picture of the Year award and the Ohio Picture of the Year award. He has 11 photos in the Best of Photojournalism books. He is a photojournalism graduate of Ball State University, Manice, Indiana. He divides his work between newspaper photography, freelance publications and is currently a staff member at the Indy Star/News.
