Loren Fisher was editor and publisher of Pope John Paul II: An American Celebration, a book in which 12 photographers and three writers documented the 1995 U.S. Papal visit. He was also editor and photographer of Branston Backstage, a photography book documenting America's new country music capital in Missouri. He was photo editor for The Courier-News in Bridgewater, N.J. from 1987 until 1995 and has won a number of newspaper photography and design awards.
