Screen capture

Studio includes a screen capture feature to acquire graphic images directly from the display. The information is transferred directly to the Windows clipboard. From there it can be pasted into Studio, or any other graphics application that can paste pixel images from the clipboard.

To capture from the screen

1. Click on the Screen Capture tool button. The Screen Capture dialog appears.

2. Select one of the three standard capture sizes, or select Drag Custom Area.

3. Select OK. Studio will minimize its window and go into capture mode.

4. For standard capture sizes, move the square capture rectangle over the desired area and click with the left mouse button. If Drag Custom Area was selected, press the left mouse button down over one corner of the desired area and drag to the opposite corner before releasing the mouse button.
