Notes
The computer screen can be viewed as a large grid, with each position referred to as a pixel. Pixels are given in x and y values, where x is the number of pixels from the left-hand side of the monitor, and the y value is the number of pixels from the top of the monitor. The total number of pixels on screen is the same as the resolution setting of your video card (i.e. 800x600, or 1024x768).
To specify a position, you can enter the x and y values into the "X Pos:" and "Y Pos:" boxes on the Move Mouse to Location settings window. Alternatively, you can simply move the mouse to where you want it and press the "Insert" key on your keyboard, which will place the mouse's current position into the X and Y boxes for you.
