To cover living expenses an attendance fee will be charged. It is anticipated that the fee will be 3250 EEK (250 USD) for participants from the NATO Alliance and Central/East European countries, and 6500 EEK (500 USD) for participants from other countries.
The registration fee for industrial participants is 12.000 EEK (925 USD). There is no registration fee for academic participants.
Every participant covers his/her own travel expenses. Any health and accident insurance is also an individual responsibility.
A limited number of scholarships are available for subsidising those ASI students who are unable to obtain support from other sources.
