Digitize Image

1.  Load image

• Menu "Objects->Base map...".

• Click button "Add" and open bmp or jpg file. File add to list.

• Check "Visible".

• In combo box select "Links to points" and click "Assigning coordinates".

• Double-click (or to enter manually) two points. Each point is a pixel location (Pixel X, Pixel Y) associated with map coordinates X, Y. One can correct both pixel and coordinate values.

2. Drawing lines

• Click button in the toolbar panel and draw line (The "Esc" key deletes the last point. The right mouse button connects the line ends. Repeat click   or the "Delete" key can delete drawing line)

 

 

• The "Enter" key or double-click "Drawing lines" in the map panel add line to map

3. Save line

• Click right button on line in the map panel and select "Save to file..."
