1.Introduction

What is Quick-Accelerator?

Quick-Accelerator is a Windows utility that Accelerates the Windows Popup-menus,Desktop's Start Menu and adds a Dos Prompt Extension to every folder which is easily accessible on the popup menu on right clicking the folder.This gives much faster access to dos mode and the user doesn't has to use the change directory (CD) command from dos mode to enter a particular directory.for instance if you wish to run a dos based program "fighter.exe" located five directories from the root directory e.g "c:\program files\frontpage\extensions\cdmagic\fighter.exe",in dos you would have to write the CD command four times in order to get the path where the file is located.but now Quick-Accelerator solves the problem by adding the dos mode menu on the right click of every folder directly from windows.The Windows menu pop-up's also increase by 400%(4x).This is especially useful for windows 98 users where animated sliding menus are very slow to work with.

3. Using the Interface

Quick-Accelerator has a simple and easy to use interface ,with only two main buttons and six menu items and a check box.

Optimize Button - Click this button to speed up the menus and to associate dos mode with every folder
on your hard disk
Exit Button - Exits the program
Check Box - Use the checkbox if you do not wish to associate MS-DOS mode with every folder.By default if the checkbox is not checked and you click the optimize button, then MS-DOS mode is linked with every folder and can be accessed from right click on any folder.
Website Menu - Connects you to the Website for more information,support and other products.
Email Menu - Opens the Email Program to send a customer support email,if you have further questions or need support.
About Menu - Gives information regarding the program.
Support Menu - Takes you to the Support Webpages and FAQ's.
Buy Now Menu - If you are not registered then use this button to get your serial number and to get your copy registered with us.
Help Menu - Opens this file.
