| Welcome to the closest thing we have in the Room to a sensible explanation of what's going on and why we're here at all. The Room is an ezine published on the World Wide Web by VNU Business Publications, which lives on the Web at 'http://www.vnu.co.uk' on a site called Mag.net.
You can get to Mag.net by clicking on the down arrow of the lift, which is the small monitor graphic in the bottom left hand corner of your web browser window. Once there you can explore the wonderful online worlds of Computing, What PC?, Personal Computer World, Accountancy Age and many other magazines. To return to the Room from Mag.net, just click on the up arrow of the lift. The Room exists for three reasons: To attract users who wouldn't normally visit a VNU web site, to entertain users of Mag.net who need a little light relief from the serious business of business publications, and finally to push the boundaries of what's possible on the web just a little, in whatever way we can.
