5ormore Windows 3.x and 95 Shareware 147Kb Deceptively simple Windows game of logic. The goal of the game is to gain points by removing game pieces from the board. The pieces are removed when you arrange 5 or more pieces of the same colour horizontally, vertically, or diagonally. To make a move, click on the desired piece (it will start flashing), then click on a square where you want to move it. The flashing piece will move to the selected destination if there is a path of contiguous squares between the two locations. If as a result of the move 5 or more same colour pieces become lined up, they are removed from the board and you are awarded game points. Otherwise, 3 new pieces will randomly appear on the board. The special "smiley" piece can be used as a "joker", i.e. instead of any color. In the Beginner level you score 1 point for each game piece removed from the field. The Intermediate level awards 2 points and Expert level gives you 3 points for each piece.
Axium Windows 3.x and 95 Shareware 1257Kb A fiendishly challenging pure strategy, logic and problem solving game that will alternatively delight and exasperate. The year is 2143 and you have been sent to the Axium galaxy to discover and solve the 50 puzzles which were created by another race hundreds of years earlier. Use balls, crates, transport holes and other objects, while avoiding the force fields to reach the control box in each puzzle.
LetterRack Windows 95 Shareware 1287Kb Letter Rack is a word game for 1 to 4 players. The play consists of the formation of interconnecting words on the playing board. Each player has a rack that can accommodate seven tiles drawn from the letter bag. The tiles have differing score values and the board has bonus squares to enhance a playerÆs score. Play commences by each player drawing a random tile from the bag - the lowest character starts the game. The computer can determine the first player or letters can be chosen from the bag by each player. These tiles are then replaced in the bag.
Exile II Windows 3.x and 95 Shareware 2320Kb A huge and highly-detailed fantasy role-playing game with excellent graphics and sound. Explore over 100 dungeons and towns, while solving puzzles, meeting many characters, and completing three game-winning quests. You become a party of adventurers, a group of warriors and mages, thieves and holy people, going on quests, solving puzzles, doing good (and bad) deeds. Includes character editor. If you were lucky enough to have played Exile: Escape From the Pit, you will have a very easy time getting into the swing of things here. The commands are basically the same, and the differences will be pretty easy to pick up as you go along.
