Displaying Options

Co-Citer allows you to define how the citations in the collection are displayed. The program provides the following features:

• Hide/show particular fields
• Hide/show folders tree
• Expand/collapse grabbed text

To hide/show particular fields:

1. Click the Visibility Options button. The Visibility options window will appear.
   
   
   
   
2. Check the fields you want to show. By default, all fields are shown.
3. Click OK.

To hide the folders tree, click the Hide Folders Tree Pane button. This will hide the folders tree and will change the icon on the button. To show the folders tree, click this button again.

By default, if the grabbed text is too long, only the first four lines will be shown. To view the rest of the text, use the scrollbar in the ôTextö field. To view the whole text in the ôTextö field (without using the scrollbar), click the Expand Texts button. To return to the default mode, click the Collapse Texts button.
