Scrolling can be accomplished by program control, mouse dragging, or use of scrollbars. This control is "drop-file" aware. Bitmap and MetaFile filenames dragged and dropped from FileManager or from our enhanced file list control will generate an event triggering picture display or other user specified actions. Multiple pictures may be stored in one control and Flipped for animation. PicScroll is data aware. Use PicScroll as a container control to scroll and resize child controls - it's essentially a scrollable form!
