Click on the image to select it - note the yellow border around it. Then ...

EITHER Move the pointer to either edge of the image. Note the yellow curved arrow. Click on it to rotate the image in the direction shown.

OR From the Selection menu, select Rotate, along with the kind of rotation you want.

Note: this doesn't change the image itself.
Nor do any of the other PhotoGrid functions.
