Healer.mad changes

 Added a torch, 4 ulnas (skeletons) with slightly changed AI from the extra stuff, a sword and a magic missile spell to the evil boss, 
I also modified the door and passages triggers to force to clear
most of the level before meeting the boss.
 Now the level can be finished and exported.
