Your drivers are out of date and are not capable of playing the file or stream. To update your drivers, go to the Windows Update web page. The Windows Update page will scan your computer and detect which drivers can be updated. After downloading the updates, try to play the file or stream again. If there are no updated drivers available, then you cannot play the media.
