Search for text in Word without the File dialogue box
If you want to find multiple occurrences of the same search text in Word without having the Find dialogue box on the screen, you can do it easily. This trick is particularly handy when you need to format specific text many times, as in a catalogue document. Start by selecting EditûFind, enter your search text, and click Find Next. Then close the Find dialogue box. To find each additional occurrence, just press <Alt>-<Ctrl>-Y. û George Campbell | Category:Word processing Issue: September 1998 |
