This is your basic Cam Page. I would recommend it as either a second page or a first page as long as you keep the graphics to a minimum. Remember that the entire page reloads, so it has to reload all of the graphics every time. This can take some time. It also increases your bandwidth. Each picture or sound you add is one more hit.
Try to limit the area above the cam image to a maximum of one line of "+4" text or an image no taller than 60 pixels as anything more will start to push the image out of the window. Notice that I had to reduce the size of my title.
You might also have noticed that every time the page refreshes, you return to the top. Try not to get anything too complicated down here.
