ESSENTIALS
Norton Personal Firewall 2000
Symantec have split up their product Norton Internet Security into 3 different products. In the past this product consisted of a firewall, antivirus program, ad blocker and content filter. Personal Firewall 2000 provides protection against hackers and unauthorised attempts to enter your PC while connected over a network. If you want features such as virus protection or content filters, then you will need one of the advanced products (a trial version of Norton Antivirus is listed above).
