Convert your WAV Files to MP3

Encode Individual WAV file to MP3:

1- Open HyCD Encoder (Start\Programs\HyCD Play&Record\HyCD Encoder)
2- Press "Open" to select your WAV file.
3- Press "Save As" to change the MP3 file destination or name.
4- Change the encoding settings to reflect your preferences.
5- Press "Encode" to start the encoding process.

Batch Encoding (multiple WAV files):

1- Open HyCD Encoder (Start\Programs\HyCD Play&Record\HyCD Encoder)
2- Change the encoding settings to reflect your preferences
3- Open "My Computer" to go to the location of the WAV files
4- Select multiple WAV files by holding down the CTRL key and left click on the WAV files.
5- Drag and drop the WAV files to HyCD Encoder window.
6- Specify where to save the resulting MP3 files.

Most CD readers, although rated faster than 6X for data reading, can onlly extract audio at 6X reliably.  Because of this, we set the audio extraction speed to 6X by default.  If this is still too fast, the speed will be reduced automatically until the correct setting is reached.  The only readers that can extract audio at a higher speed reliably are made by Plextor.  If you use one of these readers the software will extract the audio at a higher speed.
