AUTOMATED HELP SYSTEM to support our end-users

Automated Help System: To better support our end-users, HyCD Inc. created a browser-based automated Help System that works 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Users can access the Help System from our web site to find answers and solutions for most questions and problems. Or, if they have a  more difficult question, they can submit a request via our Help Tickets, which are individual forms that are opened and followed up for each inquiry.

Most CD readers, although rated faster than 6X for data reading, can onlly extract audio at 6X reliably.  Because of this, we set the audio extraction speed to 6X by default.  If this is still too fast, the speed will be reduced automatically until the correct setting is reached.  The only readers that can extract audio at a higher speed reliably are made by Plextor.  If you use one of these readers the software will extract the audio at a higher speed.
