Downloading visualization collections from the Internet

You can download additional visualization collections from the Internet.

To download visualizations from the Internet

  1. On the Tools menu, click Download Visualizations.

  2. On the Web page that appears, follow the instructions for downloading a visualization.

    The collection is added to the list of available visualizations in Windows Media Player.

  3. To select a visualization in Windows Media Player, on the View menu, point to Visualizations, point to the visualization collection that you downloaded, and then click the visualization.

    In Now Playing, use the small arrow buttons on the lower edge of the display, below the visualization to scroll through the visualizations.

    Note   Media content must be playing for you to watch a visualization. For more information about selecting visualizations, see Related topics.

    If the visualization you downloaded is not listed, you may need to add the collection. On the Tools menu, click Options. Click the Visualizations tab, and then click Add. In the Open dialog box, locate the folder where you stored the collection and open it.
