How do I get 1-2-3 to print two ranges on the same page?
- David Jordan

Both 1-2-3 and Quattro Pro -- but not Excel -- can print multiple ranges, called collections, on the same page. In 1-2-3 select File--Print (or Print Preview) and click Selected Range; in Quattro Pro click Block Selection. Enter the addresses or names of the ranges you want to print, separated by a comma (for example, a1..e15,f16..i25). You can also select the collection before you execute the command: select the first range, then hold down the <Ctrl> key while you select the next range.
