With e-mail, office suites, and backup software turning into Web-based services, it was only a matter of time before your personal information manager (PIM) went Web. The free AnyDay.com service stores your appointments, tasks, and contacts; lets you schedule meetings with other AnyDay users; e-mails you reminders of due dates and meetings; and syncs with your handheld or desktop PC's PIM. But, unlike the calendar on your PC, AnyDay automatically adds weather forecasts, TV shows, and sports events to your schedule. Don't tell the boss. |
