Babylon
This utility translates English text into another language. It features an instant messaging interface and works in any Windows application. Highlight a word, and the program will give its equivalent in the other language. If you have Microsoft text-to-speech installed, you can hear the highlighted word. Translate from English to Chinese simplified, Chinese traditional, Dutch, French, German, Hebrew, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, Spanish or Swedish.
