• AOL users - you will be unable to play BattleMail games if you use AOL's proprietary e-mail as your default e-mail client. If you have an alternative e-mail client (such as Hotmail or Outlook Express) installed we would suggest you use these as your default e-mail client for playing of BattleMail games.
• Lotus Notes users - there is a bug in Lotus' MAPI implementation that stops BattleMail from working fully with this e-mail client. Whilst Lotus have acknowledged the problem there is no solution available at this time.
