 Installation: Process Meter does not require any special installation.  You 
               may unzip/copy the files into any directory.
               However, if you want to use  Process Meter  with HostMonitor, 
               you should unzip these files into directory where HostMonitor 
               is installed.

 Uninstall:    Simply remove the following files
               - processmeter.chm
               - processmeter.exe
               - processmeter.ini
               - license.txt
               - readme.txt
