Please visit the form first to see if your problem is not listen there already. I also recommend you simply post your problem on the forum so that other users may see a solution to the same problem immediately. If you submit a bug or problem and an error log was created you can also submit that error log in your post or email. The file is called "errorlog.txt" and is located in the installation directory of NET Traffic Meter.
