When you press F12 key, 'Hotkeys Editor' will appear. Now you can set all commands hotkeys in this editor. Just click on the command which you want to set hotkey, then click on the 'Hotkey' window and press combination to assign.

If you want to print Hotkeys list on the printer, just to press Ctrl+P shortcut.
