General statistics on threat signatures and its updating status are displayed in the application main window. To view the statistics, select Update in the Service section of the main window.

The Threat signatures section provides information on the date of the last update and the number of threat signatures installed on your computer.

To view detailed information about the last update, click your left mouse button in any place of this section. You will see a detailed report on the last updating procedure.

An important parameter is the updating status, a parameter that shows whether updating completed successfully or failed. If updating failed or errors occurred during the update, try to launch updating again. You can do this directly from the report window by clicking the button in the upper part of the window. If the second attempt to update also field, save the report on it to a file using the Save as button contact Support.

Brief update statistics are displayed in the upper part of the report window. You can see the size of copied and installed updates, downloading speed, duration of the updating procedure, and other information.

A description of all operations performed during updating is displayed in the main part of the report on the Event log tab. You can find exact files that were copied and replaced. To delete all events from the report, use the Clear link.

The settings that are used to run updates are listed on a tab with the same name. To quickly configure update settings, you can use the Change settings link.
