To display the Icons Preferences page:
In the top left corner of the base skin , click the Main Menu button, choose Preferences, and then click Settings then Icons.

Player Icons |
Select the icon you want to edit. |

Rebuild Icon Cache |
Ordinarily, Windows will update the icons of music files the next time you restart your computer. It displays a QCD icon on all files that will launch QCD when you open them. These buttons cause QCD to register itself immediately, and then update all the icons on your system without having to restart your computer. |

File Icons |
Add icons from other files on your computer. |

Import Icon Pack |
Import a QIP or DLL file of icons. |

Create Desktop Icon |
Click to have a shortcut icon to QCD placed on your desktop. |

Create Quicklaunch Icon |
Click to have a shortcut icon to QCD placed in the Quicklaunch toolbar. |
