Server Editions (SE) of FinePrint and pdfFactory provide:

• sharing of the products among users connected to a server
• centralized updating
• license control and monitoring
• configuration including the appearance of the client user interface.

Accessing the Server Edition Tabs

SE provides access to its functions in the Printing Preferences item in the Windows printers folder.  The Printing Preferences are accessed by right clicking on the FinePrint/pdfFactory icon in the Windows Printers folder.  Any changes made to the settings in any of the tabs will be saved automatically when the Preferences dialog box is dismissed.

License policy

Server Edition licensing is per user.  A user is defined as a single client computer and all user accounts on that computer or in the case of Terminal Server/Citrix, a single connected user.  There is no concurrent licensing policy.  The complete license agreement is here.
