NetCaptor's Shared CaptorGroups feature makes it easy for groups of users to share a set of CaptorGroups. Customer service groups, tech support teams, and other workgroups can use Shared CaptorGroups to provide a central location for links to be shared. Shared CaptorGroups are loaded from a location specified by the user and are usually located in a folder that is shared on a network. Shared CaptorGroups are loaded into the CaptorGroups menu underneath a user's personal CaptorGroups. Shared CaptorGroups are not edited in NetCaptor directly.

To change the location from which NetCaptor loads Shared CaptorGroups, select "Choose Shared CaptorGroup Folder..." from the CaptorGroups menu.
