Deleting contacts
To delete a single contact
1. Do one of the following:
- Select the contact and click
Delete on the toolbar.
- Right-click the contact and click Delete contact.
- Select the contact and click the Contacts menu and then click Delete Contact.
- Select the contact and click the Edit menu and then click Delete.
- The contact will be moved to the Deleted Messages folder, from where you can restore them later or delete them.
To delete more than one contact
Do one of the following:
- To select adjacent items, click the first item, hold down SHIFT and then
click the last item.
- To select nonadjacent items, click the first item, hold down CTRL and
click additional items.
- To select all the items click the Edit menu, and then click Select All.

On the toolbar, click
Delete.
The messages will be moved to the
Deleted Contacts folder, from
where you can restore them later or delete them.
Note: When you delete contacts stored in Deleted Contacts they are
permanently deleted.
