End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (an individual or a single entity) and Connexion Wireless Pte Ltd ("THE AUTHOR") for MobileBox which may include associated software components, printed materials, media, and online or electronic documentation ("THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT").  By installing, copying, or using THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT is owned by THE AUTHOR and is protected by international copyright treaties as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.

THE AUTHOR grants you the right to use one copy of THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a single computer. THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT is in use on a computer when it is loaded into memory.

You are not allowed to distribute any file included in the distribution of THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT. You may not reverse engineer, de-compile or disassemble any files in THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT distribution.  You are forbidden to remove or alter any copyright notices on any files in THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

You may not lease, rent, grant a security interest in or transfer rights to THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

You must comply with all applicable laws when using THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT.  THE AUTHOR shall not be held responsible for any unlawful use of THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT.  Without prejudice to any other rights, the author may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA.  In such event, you must destroy all copies of THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall THE AUTHOR or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, with limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT, or the provision of or failure to provide support services, even if THE AUTHOR has been advised of such damages.  THE AUTHOR is not liable for any consequential damages if a message tried to send using THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT does not reach the SMSC or the recipient.

THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT is provided "as-is", without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.  The entire risk as to the performance of THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT is with the purchaser.
