CDCheck is no longer freeware due to large amount of time spent on this project and expenses during development. I would like to encourage you to register the program if you like it even if you are not obliged to buy the license by the rules specified below.

By registering you are stimulating further development and maintainance of CDCheck. Further development is dependant on the number of people that will register the program.

Personal, educational use
CDCheck can be used freely for personal, educational use as long as you are not making any money with data being CRCed, checked or recovered. You do not need any registration code for this use since CDCheck has no limitations built in (is fully functional). You are however encouraged to support further development by buying support license (or even single license).

Commercial use
For using CDCheck commercially you are entitled to 30 day evaluation period. After that you must register to use it. Commercial use is any use where money is being made with data being CRCed, checked or recovered and any use in profitable companies.

Licenses
Types of licenses are:
Support license (for non-profit use only) - license for supporting CDCheck development
Single license - license for single user
5 user license - license for up to 5 users
15 user license - license for up to 15 users
Corporate license - license for whole company
