About GuildFTPd
GuildFTPd is FREEWARE.
GuildFTPd was created by Steve Poulsen to provide a large feature FTP server that supported mIRC scripting. Steve is the original creator of GuildFTPd and first released it in 1997. Steve has helped to maintain the core code and functionality of the server. In 2000, Steve began to pursue his advancing career and left the full-time programming team of GuildFTPd. He gave Matt complete control of GuildFTPd, but does try to help Matt with bugs and new features, on occasion.
Matthew Flewelling joined Steve to help in the maintenance of GuildFTPd in 1998. Since then, Matthew has helped provide the many new enhancements to the interface and functionality of the server. Some of his latest improvements have included the right-click menus, passive connection support and event manager. Matt also spends a good deal of his time taking care of the bugs users have reported.
Brad Palmer started as a beta tester in 2001 and offered to "bundle" the various support documents together into a help file. He also helps Matt modify and create content on the site.
