ThumbNail Refinery Installation Instructions.

Unzip the downloaded file to a temporary directory.  Run setup.exe and follow online instuctions.  The installation program will install thumbs.exe, allthumbs.hlp, regsvr32.exe, oik32.ocx and, if necessary, few support dlls.
