InstallWizard 2001 - Step by Step Guide

 

STEP 1
Step 1) Run InstallWizard.

STEP 2
Step 2) Click New Project Button (Picture 1)

STEP 3
Step 3) Fill Project Name Box with your Project Name (i.e: MyProject)
Step 3.1) Fill Project Description Box with your Project Description (i.e: My first setup)
Step 3.2) Click OK Button  (Picture 2)

 STEP 4
Step 4) Now wait DigitalWeb InstallWizard MAIN WINDOW open. (Picture 3)

STEP 5
Step 5) Click "Components and Files" (Picture 4)

Step 5) Right Click in MyProject and select "Add File" from menu. Choose some file to your first install. (Picture 4)

STEP 6
Step 6) Click "Folder and Icons" (Picture 5)
Step 6.1) In Program Combo Box, choose your file.
Step 6.2) In Description enter:  "My Project File"
Step 6.3) In Folder Combo Box, choose "Programs Menu Folder"
Step 6.4) In Show Combo Box, choose "Normal"
Step 6.5) Click Add Button.

STEP 7
Step 7) Click "Build Setup" (Picture 6)
Step 7.1) Click "Build Button" (Picture 6)

FINISH !
> Now wait InstallWizard build your setup.
> Close InstallWizard.
> Go to the InstallWizard default directory. ( normally: C:\PROGRAM FILES\DIGITALWEB\INSTALLWIZARD)
> Your installation files are located in a FOLDER called "MyProject Setup" inside InstallWizard Default Directory
