One of the more complex areas of system configuration involves setting up ODBC drivers. The ODBC resource must be properly registered on the system with all of the required attributes and, in the case of drivers, install the necessary files, including any setup DLL. This process is greatly simplified in the ODBC Resources view, in which you can simply check off the drivers.

To include an ODBC resource in your setup, click the check box next to its name in the ODBC Resources explorer.
