TIPS AND TRICKS ================================= Part 1: SMALLPEA CLIPEDITOR ================================= ClipEditor is a Windows clipboard management tool that can save text that you copied every time in Windows. You can reuse them for next time and organize them so you can easily know which one is which. * You should have VB5 Runtime files in your system to run ClipEditor. * You should have Windows Common Controls 6 in your system as well. * You can download both files from Small Pea Team at http://smallpea.tripod.com/support/help * Make sure there is a sub-folder named "Data" under the main folder. * You can get more help from ClipEditor's online support at http://smallpea.tripod.com/support/help ================================= Part 2: TIPS AND TRICKS ================================= - One Click to Disable Auto Save With one click, you can turn the Auto Save feature on or off. Just click Auto Save on the Status Bar. - Rename Clip while Reading Its Properties Just change the clip name in Clip Properties dialog and click OK to rename a clip. - One Step to Merge Clips To merge more than two clips, just select them from My Clips List with Ctrl key holding, and then click Clip Merge button, type the new name, and click Finish. - Start SmallPea ClipViewer Double click a clip in My Clips List and ClipEditor will start ClipViewer to read it. - Delete Many Clips by One Click Select the clips you want to delete from My Clips List with Ctrl key holding, and then click Delete button to delete all of them. - Reset Clips Setting If you want ClipEditor to name your clips from 0 again, click Reset Clips Setting from Tools menu or Reset button in Organize dialog. - Use Shortcut Keys Rename a clip: F2 Delete a clip: Del (On the number pad) Clips Merge: Ctrl + M Save Clipboard: Ctrl + S Open a clip with ClipViewer: Ctrl + W Open a clip with Notepad: Ctrl + O Print: Ctrl + P Copy: Ctrl + C Select all text: Ctrl + A Find text: Ctrl + F Find next: F3 List URL: Ctrl + G
