Outer Visual Engine Setup

Colors - Choose color depth internally used by OVE.
Quality - Set graphic quality you'll use - higher quality shouldn't be used unless you have some faster computer.
Miscellaneous - Enable/disable displaying tooltips and refreshing of design list (while adding new design(s) just enable this setting and Pulse find it/them without restarting)
