First check that the correct cable type is selected in the LogoManager options dialog. If you have a DAU-9P or DLR-3 cable, then set the connection to in Tools/Options accordingly, with a turnaround delay of zero. If you have an MBUS cable, then select that option and set the turnaround to 25.
The turnaround delay sets the value of the delays that LogoManager inserts into the data stream - if you are suffering reliability problems, or are using an MBUS cable, you can set this to lower or higher values to try to improve the connection.
Note 1: The DLR-2 cable on the 9110 is not an MBUS cable -
for this handset, you need to obtain a specially made MBUS cable.
Note 2: The DLR-3 cable is for the 7110 and 6210 only (also used for data
connections with some non-GSM handsets)
Note 3: Some dual FBUS/MBUS cables require you to change the cable
mode manually using a switch.
