URLs with a (%-decoded) path beginning with the url-path (left-hand argument) will be execute using the ISAPI extension defined in the DLL-path (right-hand argument). The DLL-path is relative to the bin directory where the Sambar Server is installed.

i.e.
*.asp = asp.dll
