Digest generation uses several macros for header and footer customization: DIGEST_HEADER, DIGEST_FOOTER, DIGEST_MSGHEADER, DIGEST_MSGFOOTER. When run, all messages are extracted from the mailbox selected and placed in directories beneath the Folder specified above. In addition, a threaded message summary file, index.htm is placed in the Folder.
