Reporting Bugs
To report a bug, send an e-mail to
Sambar Technologies and include
the following information:
- Problem description (please be as detailed as possible)
- Sambar Server version number
- Operating system and operating system version number
- Any error message(s) from the server.log file
- Reproducible case or the URL to a server that reproduces the problem
Asking Questions
If you have a question about the Sambar Server which is not
answered by the documentation, send an e-mail to
Sambar Technologies.
Regretably, due to the volume of e-mail received, a response
cannot be guaranteed. However, questions are periodically reviewed
and the documentation is updated to respond to frequently asked questions.
